@mogan: Shooters gotta shoot -- but I would welcome the opportunity to unpack the trauma of dinklebot trying not to sound ridiculous while talking about stuff like non-baryonic streams.

@maccobb: Yeah, I do feel like he stepped to Ted to sort of fill the gap with his own father and I probably could stand to maybe make an edit and bring it up. Like all the dads this season, Nate's feels like a driver for a lot of his problems, but rather than find support from others to get out of that shadow, seems like Nate is conforming to what he thinks his father believes him to be. It's a sharp contrast to the other characters and I kinda glossed over it by focusing up on what this all means for Ted.

@id0ntkn0w7: It's kinda what the whole show is about.

@Barighm: Yeah this here is the kind of ambiguity I'm talking about. And if you can just pop into the Silver store and drop $5 on a dungeon when you want to play it, it probably won't be that big of a deal--but right now, that's not the case, and I definitely get people being a little bristly about the whole thing because of it being so disjointed.

@Zero_Shinzaki: Yuuup, all this exactly. The Sol Collective seem like they worship Darkness because the best way to be the final shape is to destroy everything else -- but there are other suggestion that the Vex only react in a hostile way because they're so alien that they don't understand us and we don't understand them. If we can find a way to bridge the gap in understanding one another, who knows what'll happen.

@theinstakidd: That's an interesting possibility. I've read some good points that suggest Osiris isn't being controlled, he's just pulling a Dom Torretto in Fate of the Furious -- working with Savathun but can't tell anyone, for whatever reason. I think it's a real possibility that Osiris sees the value of allying with Savathun against the Darkness and is trying to make that happen. Also seems very possible that Savathun has taken on Osiris's form but the real Osiris (and Sagira too, potentially) is actually Savathun's captives -- it would be a pretty good bargain for Savathun to say, "help me kill my worm and you can have Osiris back." We know the Hive can kill Ghost and Guardians so it seems believable that they could also imprison them, too.

I hadn't thought about it but Savathun offering to give Osiris back his Guardian powers in some way would be reaaaaaallly fascinating. Not sure there's a lot of evidence for that in the lore, but then again, Savathun stuff is all over the place, and there's more that we don't know than that we do, probably.
