I bought a Laptop from www.ibuypower.com (I DO NOT recommend them at all.) and it completely died on the last day of the 30 day money back warranty... which happened to be a saturday. They did not answer any of my calls until Monday. They told me it was past the money back deadline.... I was so mad. I eventually got all my money but shipping back, but it took 2 months.

I can only hope I do not run into that with my 360 lol.
