@TheHighWind: I was going to say that but then realised that when they were purchased by Microsoft in 2002 their games lost that magic touch. I was so disappointed with PD Zero, I refuse to class it as canon -_-

When I was a kid I used to look forward to going grocery shopping with my mum on a Friday after school so I could choose what food I wanted and get my game mag haha

I started getting gaming mags when I owned an N64. My favourite one was N64 Magazine and Gamesmaster is a fantastic multi platform magazine, still going strong.
