@Jdzspace: I don't really care that they patched an infinite caps glitch, it's to be expected but it is stupid that they don't list the fix. Like shhhh, this never happened. Meanwhile, stuff that really needs fixing like @EricDWright mentioned, goes unpatched. Crappy issues are stilly crappy, but hey, at least we sneaky patched the caps glitch.

Also, yeah, I have this friend who used the cap glitch, I mean, not me, but this other guy that isn't me, and he's really mad. But not me. Well, I'm mad, but I'm mad for him, not for me, because I don't use the caps glitch.

I like the game, Bethesda just has a solid formula here. But it's really disappointing that they just rake in the money so lazily and don't actually invest in improving their content.

Morrowind was a huge leap forward. Oblivion was a good step forward too. Since then we've had Skyrim and three Fallouts that are all just more of the same. Franchises like GTA and Metal Gear are leaping forward while Bethesda just sits on it's ass and writes new quest dialogue.

Fallout 4 is really great. But it is a piece of crap compared to what it should have been.

Another 2 minute video in 5 minutes?

They really need to update the titles of these to: "X In 2 Minutes In 5 Minutes" because the implied time-consumption is off by over 100%.

I don't think the "bads" are that bad - in a game like this I don't want the perks to be big things that might change the outcome of the race, and the world is at least much more open than before.

But...the game is no 9 people. The most important parts of a game like this are the cars, the handling, the world, and the competitive racing. Horizon nails the cars and the handling, and the world is great, but it drops the ball sooo hard on the racing by having such boring and segregated multiplayer. The open world really makes it stand out because it's open but...entirely devoid of PEOPLE.

Seriously this is a single player game, and sure it would deserve a 10 if it came out 15 years ago, but it isn't 15 years ago and today this is an 8.

Horizon 1 wasn't "open world" no matter what the marketing said. It's good to hear that they got rid of the invisible walls that killed that made Horizon 1 nothing more than an over-sized track.

Now if they'd only imitate a few more things about TDU they might get me to buy an X1. Unless what ntomatas1 said is still true...

@boardsport311 "he's a self-described rebel wearing a beanie and a denim vest, the kind of anti-establishment cliche born of focus-group testing and savvy marketing"

haha. exactly why i quit Infamous after the first hour. sad to hear this series still has no more soul than a sales formula.

@SkyAboveThePort Richie Rich can afford real adventures. Gaming is escapism for nine to fivers. Seriously, while you are playing Forza VR the dude with the money is at Bondurant - not taping a cell phone to his face to escape from his social foibles.

@comb5 Yeah me too. I got totally bored of Dark Souls 2...sometime after the 300 hour mark.
