He has Normal types only so against him with Fighting or you could do what I did and go against him with rock or steel type pokemon so that his powerfulNormal type attacks won't do as much damage or even ghost types so he can't attack. Keep in mind, when using Ghost type pokemon donot use Ghost type attacks because they will not do any damage at all.

You have to use the Mach Bike to zoom over the crumbly parts of the ground so you don't fall through
