I'm currently playing through MGS3: Snake Eater again and I noticed that it's much more fun since I've left the Very Easy difficulty. In Very Easy I would get the EZ Tranquilizer gun and was able to just put my enemies to sleep. Now that I'm playing on Normal, I have to worm my way around the enemies, sneak up on them to take them out and sometimes I have to setup an ambush.

Have you ever played a game, switched up the difficulty and it actually got even better?

When I buy a new game, my limit is mostly $30.00. When buying used, $8.00 at most.

I figure that I would add a bit more information to go with my last reply.

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, unlike in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The main objective is to gather together enough money to pay off the mafia. In San Andreas, you are simply doing favors for these characters that you apparently knew since you were a child. But one thing that ruined the game for me was the diversity between each city in San Andreas. Los Santos was a pretty drool setting, but a great starting point for the games story. Then there is San Fierro which is a drastic change from Los Santos and is pretty much a giant city but it's confusing on what you can exactly do here since unlike Los Santos where you were able to climb over fences and rob houses, find guns on the top of buildings and inside large warehouses. In San Fierro you were pretty much stuck with missions and that's about it. No real icons for the city other then the airport.

Then there is Las Venturas which has a few note-able icons to it, such as the military base, abandoned airport, and casinos. These areas are great but with each and every one of these areas being diverse and divided by sea and country. It just ruins the concept and feel of the game. In Vice City you are in one city, that's it. Each part of the city blends while all the areas in San Andreas just stick out like a sore thumb.

As for the characters you do missions for in Vice City, they all blend together and have a lot of story to them. In San Andreas, you are doing random favors for random people you'll never going to meet again. That's it.

My case, Vice City is more atmospheric while San Andreas is just a giant sandbox.

I've never played it or the earlier ones (other then the first one, which was fantastic) but I remember watching a few Cheat! videos for it on G4TV and the whole apartment thing looked stupid as hell.

Would have to be Soldier Front for PC. Me and my team had to defend a bomb site and they all got picked off with me the only one left. I was pumping adrenaline like mad crazy and flanking the bombers as I went. I died attempting to get the last guy and I was screaming mad after. My teammates were really nice about it though and said that I did pretty good on my own. But still...

[QUOTE="Drakebunny"]

Only in rage really, which would have to be FF3 for Nintendo.

reason58

Really? What about FF3/6 made you angry? Don't you dare say Kefka!

Final Fantasy III for Nintendo DS was no better, at one part you had to get to the top of this giant tower and fight a boss. Well I died like on the lower floors, and if you died at the boss, you had to start ALL over again. It was a huge pain in the butt. Finally got past it and was close to smashing the DS to the ground and doing the jazz hands.

Your lucky bro, 1 game every 2 months is fantastic. I only get 1 game for my Birthday and Christmas. Then I'm on my own for the rest of the year. I'm also 16 and unemployed.

I make money by helping my older brother out with his scrap. He works on lawn mowers a lot and always has the bodies piling up so when he goes to the scrap yard I ask him if I can make a few dollars if I help him load the stuff up. He usually treats me nicely and gives me a bonus $10.00 so I have more money to spend on games.

Another thing that I do is sell old video games that I have or controllers. Never consoles though.

Mowing lawns can make you money and sometimes cleaning sheds for people. One time me and my older brother were walking down the street and some old lady shouted to us saying $5.00 each if you help me clean out my shed. Of course we wasted it all on chips and soda. :P

Vice City for me was a lot better then San Andreas. I've played San Andreas first and enjoyed it but I just had more fun with Vice City because Tommy was a great character, in a lot of the missions you met interesting characters like Avary for instance. A shady business man but a unique. Now in San Andreas, all you did was hear the F-bomb drop nearly 100 times. Have to kill all your old childhood friends, everyone except your older brother is out to get you. Deal with your little sisters boyfriend, omg if I wanted Dr. Phil I'd turn the channel to Fox.

Now don't get me wrong, I love San Andreas a lot but I rate games based on how well I enjoyed the main character and Tommy just so happened to be a lot cooler (imo) then CJ.
