The cars have the same amount of jagginess that they did in the demo (some but not too much) but the tracks look much better. And the fact that the game runs at a solid 60 FPS makes up for any graphical imperfections.

First of all there's no "right" position to have it in. If the console wasn't so prone to overheating in the first place then we wouldn't even be having this discussion. Put your system horizontal if you're worried you'll knock it over, or put it vertical in order to expose the most surface area to open air as possible. From my experience the "bottom" of the system (as if it were horizontal) gets the warmest while its running. It's really up to you though, I think you're making a bigger deal out of it then you need to, the system should be fine either way and the fact that it isn't is Microsoft's fault not ours. Also from all of the stuff I've read there isn't one position that makes the 360 more prone to scratch discs unless you include other factors (like it getting knocked over for instance)

I have my system vertically because: a) I don't have room to lay it down on its side b) It allows for better ventilation and c) I think it looks better that way but that's just my personal taste.

[QUOTE="LiquidZ08"][QUOTE="primehunter326"]Sure I'd take 20 bucks to give up my myspace account that doesn't exist lol. Gamespot is my Myspace :)3DayFinisher
How DARE you compare gamespot to myspace :x

Gamespot ***** on myspace

I only made the comparison to emphsize that Gamespot has enough interaction with other people to suit my needs. I don't see the point of myspace, all you do is talk about random stuff with random people. And it encourages bad web surfing practice since people post all of their life screts and everything you'd want to know about them for the world to see, which is generally a bad thing to do on the internet.

Just run a scan with your spyware program (make sure it's up to date first) then if it catches it then you can delete it. You could also clear your internet cache (or run CCleaner if you have it). If you can't do either of these things then do a system restore only if you're really concerned that it may have dome something. Wait a bit and see if your machine starts acting weird.

oh abd 1000th post woohoo!!

[QUOTE="ProductNumber49"]Tell my friends and they play singleplayerlantus

Your sig makes me want to have a seizure.

Yeah that sig is potentially seizure inducing. Just don't look at it too much.

On topic though, I always try to play through the entire story before going to multiplayer. However I always cave in and decide to "try" multiplayer before I've finished the story though I won't get too into it. It depends on how engaging the story is, I'm going to try and play the whole thing in Halo 3 before touching multiplayer.

The thing with the checkpoints in R6 is that they're unevenly spaced, sometimes they're placed appropriately or even too frequently but I agree that there could have been a few more checkpoints in specific spots to aleviate some of the frustrations that come with playing the same back to back battles, or finishing a fight you were having trouvle with only to get killed by an enemy on the other side of a door seconds later. I see what you guys mean, but it isn't hat bad.

Hmm I have a comeback to this topic's title but I'd get suspended if I said it (probably).

No "Gears" geat their name becuause the "good" guys represent the Coalition of Ordered Government or COG.  COG can mean the same thing as Gears so that's why the soldiers are called Gears.  This is part of the inspiration behind the game's name as well as what the poster above me said.
