So you're telling me there's some secret final boss? If it is, please say 'yes' and nothing more. If there isnt then say 'no' and nothing more. i switched out his PSU last night and everything seems to be going well now. installed OS, updates, and drivers. do you guys recommend any burn in programs to test stability? 3d mark or something?
working on a friend's computer. he has had all types of trouble with it. MB fried, HDD fried, etc, etc,. So he's got a new MB that a computer shop installed for him and bought a new HDD. was installing the OS for him last night. but the comp would shut down after powering on for a few minutes.
he said its been like this for a while. i think its either the PSU or the guy that installed the MB didnt apply the thermal compund to the CPU when installing the heatsink. he uses watercooling btw.
