I am  on my second, and recently the hardrive ( from the first, manufactured oct 2005) has been acting up(deleting my xbox live gamertag) thank god for gamertag recovery.
nope, i havent had a problem all day. but it did happen to me about 3 months ago. i didnt turn on my 360 for a month, and it worked again, so i guess it just sometimes goes on and off randomly. good luck
You have to point it at the side vents (the side opposite to the hard drive) for best results. I don't know about the power brick, but the 3 pronged was released later so that's probably your best bet.gp19
actually, the 3 pronged was released earlier. (had a system made in october 2005 that had 3 pronged, got a new one that had 2 pronged) and I dont usally have a problem with overheating, even though my system is newer and the air coming out of it is always hot. I just lay it on its side to help with the ventilation .
