This is just a blog post to say I'm done with Gamespot. No one comments on my blogs compared to my favorite site, Giant Bomb. So goodbye everyone. Like I said the 100th Achievement Update would make a few people mad and that's because it will never show up on this site. Let's just start off with the beginning, I was very tired last night and I turned the TV off at 11:30 (an hour early than usual) and feel asleep instantly. I woke up at 11:30 this morning so I got a full 12 hours of sleep! Something I desperately needed. Anyways, I ate lunch because there was no point to eating breakfast and took my shower. Once I took my shower my mom said let's order your laptop! That's right, I now have my Alienware M17x laptop ordered! So it's the same specs as my last post about it mentioned except the processor is better. The laptop is scheduled to come in on Sept. 1st at the latest and I can't wait. Not only was that ordered, I have ordered a 1TB external hard drive for it, a ink jet printer, a 6 ft. HDMI cable, and all my books for college. I start college on August 31st and am going in to become a game designer so all the stuff I mentioned is necessary. I'm using the hard drive to take my files to school when I don't want to take my 12 lb. Alienware, the printer is obviously used for printing, and the cable is going to be used to hook my computer up to my TV easily. The computer also has a Blu-ray drive so I can watch Blu-ray movies on my computer and view them on my TV! I can't wait for it! But, that's not the best news! I got a call a couple minutes ago from Wal-Mart and I have an interview on Monday! I might be a cashier there! Hopefully I get it because then I can afford WoW, which I'm getting when my computer calls, and I might upgrade my Hardened pre-order to Prestige for MW2. I also really want the Assassin's Creed 2 collector's edition. That's it my Achievement Update of course will return on Monday.

So that was my amazing week! I have been working on Lego Indiana Jones like crazy and one of my friends was over on Friday and he wanted to play some Marvel so we played that and I got some achievements in that. As for the breaking 20k achievement, I wanted it to be something kinda funny so I picked the banana one because that was the funniest in the game I thought. And last night I got my 1,000th achievement. I didn't want it to be anything specific so I just let the game go on as I normally would. I think I can actually get all the achievements in Lego Indiana Jones now so I'm happy! I also played some COD4 and I'm finally 4th prestige! Of course I played some Rock Band and had some fun. I plan on going to my friend's house this weekend so if you want to play anything on Friday night just hit me up we'll probably play Battlefield 1943, Call of Duty 4, Rock Band, and maybe some other stuff...? Lastly, I will probably be ordering my Alienware laptop this week so I plan on getting back into WoW later this month. Lastly (again), I'm in the Xbox Live Update Preview Program so I have the new update and I find myself cool to be in it.

So to close in on 20k I plan on playing some more Lego Indiana Jones. I sucked out as many achievements in Guitar Hero as I could. So that was my week for gaming. I need to return Smash Hits soon so I've been playing that like crazy to get as many achievements as possible. I'm about to beat the drums on medium. Yeah, medium I'm not good at drums. I want to get all the career achievements. After I beat drums, I'm gonna move on to vocalists which I can't wait for because of Through Fire and Flames which is the last song of every career and is required to beat the game. Yeah, it sounds like you'd never get the guitar career done because of it but it's a bit easier now so don't worry. However, my friend who beat it on Expert on GH3 can't beat it on here because he's so used to the other one and told me every single thing they changed so it's different. Anyways, after vocals I'm gonna do bass to complete all four instruments. If I have time, I'll then go through getting some easy achieves that are just complete tutorial or download something. Wish me luck! After this I'm gonna go back to Lego Indiana Jones/Kung Fu Panda to get the rest of those achievements. Now look for my next blog because not only will it have tech stuff but it has some cool things that are going to be happening in the coming months for me so it's a must read because I'm pysched about all of it.

I went to the mall with my parents because they needed to get some stuff and I planned on picking up Tiger Woods 09 and hanging on to the money I had left over. However, when me and my brother, along with my mom, walked into the mall, my mom told us she would buy Tiger Woods 10 for us since we went through a lot lately with my step-dad losing his job in February. Luckily he has a new job that starts on Monday, but that's besides the point. But, that's not all. I still had some money and I noticed a deal where if you buy 2 used games you get 10% off along with the 10% I get with my EDGE card. So I picked up Just Cause, a game that I rented a while back and enjoyed but didn't play a lot of. It was $9 after the deal. I also picked up Mirror's Edge after deciding between it, Prince of Persia, and Gears of War. They said Prince of Persia had the longest story but Mirror's Edge was so appealing especially at $14 after the deal. So that's what I got now. I still have some money but I'm putting that towards gas that I will use to try and find a job. I'm hoping something will break this week. That's all. Now go argue that I should've picked up something else. Just to throw this out there, I only wanted games that would total under $25 so keep that in mind. Thanks.

So obviously the game that I was talking about is Kung Fu Panda. The reason I am playing this game is my friend traded in his Pro system that was starting to die on him for an elite and it comes with a Kung Fu Panda/Lego Indiana Jones bundle. He's letting me borrow those games for my copy of Crackdown and it's just been a lot of fun. I haven't seen Kung Fu Panda but the game is fun and, according to my brother, does follow the movie. It was surprisingly a good game. I've beat it and I'm now going back to get the rest of the achievements. I really want to play Lego Indiana Jones because I love the Lego games. I'm gonna pop that in once I get the rest of the achievements in this.
