okay so someone respond to this:

I need a new mobo because I have pcie x16 and another which is pcie x1( I'll get commando prices? Canadian?)

I DO NOT need ddr3 ram for the 8800gtx right? so I can keep my ram and get that oh and put it on that board?

and I'm going to get a better dual core because that mobo doesn't support quad right?

any errors please tell thank you don't go off topic please I keep getting confused

[QUOTE="pummelweed"]

I've already got 2 gb of ram and a AMD core 2 duo cpu

TicTac8745

Isn't it INTEL Core 2 Duo

Your expecting to run it in the medium to lower high range, but don't be too sure since the game and official specs aren't out yet.

I know I meant to say AMD 64 x2 4200+. I'm on a budget of about $2 000 so I might get a 8800GTX, a Intel Q6600 quad core cpu when price drops and I guess I need a new mother board that lets me hold the card and quad core. Anyone know what ddr3 is I read somewhere that it was something to do with ddr2 but and something like mine only holds ddr2??

I'll keep extra for a monitor lol okay so I think I'll get one GTX but still will my card hold it? it has a pcie x16 and a pcie x1 will it hold and that means? And on my mobo box says supports dual core but nothing about quad.
