@joshrmeyer: That's the problem, the networks aren't virus free and pcs have to worry about viruses only becuase they function deeper than consoles do.
If you only visit the gaming stuff, you don't really have to worry.
There are tons of people with rigs decent enough to play on current gen level.
@jimdigby: "maintining", you act like it's a car engine, you upgrade to get better results, a game that is as strong as the consoles can be purchased for the same price to do games over the time frame, upgrading and "maintaining" is to upgrade PAST the graphics capable on a console, it's not a requirement.
@akassassin11: 50-60 a year and that's over a 8 year'ish timeframe. Plus you'd have something solid for your money. Congrats on defending a bad business practice though. "idiot"
@joshrmeyer: The competition is pc, you can get the productor free on pc. It's like saying "Well they make me pay for water like soda at this restaurant, same price, therefore it's what we're paying for and that's okay", no, there is water elsewhere.
PC gaming is the same price pool for getting into it plus have great bundles and deals.
@TheZeroPercent: It'll be different but what you say is an outrageous claim made out of pure ignorance, such a change won't even begin to happen until there is consistant internet around the world let alone america where the internet is laughable in mostlocations that aren't focal points of the US.
