Was it when you turn off? Maybe it could be the TV problem

Hi, recently I've been playing Demon Souls and after I stop playing the game and I turned the system off my TV just flashes green and white. I'm using HDMI cable

Playing at 1080p. Is this something to be worried? Thx guys

So Im planning to buy 250gts for my friend's birthday but i'm not sure if the card will work with his PSU. He's currently using Gview Titanium 500w (i think it's not the true watts) with 9500gt and he said there's no problem with it and it just runs fine. Would it work or do i need to buy him a new PSU? Thx guys.
