i checked ups and it said that it will arrive at the repair center on the 9th. so it will probably return to me by the end of next week or the start of the week after.

Mine arrived on the 23rd, they've had it for 9 business days at the end of this day. If they don't send me a new one by tomorrow I'm raising hell since I was explicitly told 10 business days. The support guy (who by the way was so hard to understand, I'm not racist but why can't there be some people with a english, or hell even british accent work those lines) said it would be 2-3 weeks, but i've read about people with the same error get it back in 1 week, but woth the influx of E74's and rrod's because of this new update, it will probably take longer.

I had to send in my 360 today. It got the E74 error last night. the customer service was good, except for the fact that it was really hard to understand a fast talking foreing (not sure if i spelled that right) dude.
