Balamb Garden is from FFVIII, unless you're just mentioning that you were listing to FF music at the time of the post.

But it's all about the FFVIII music. Nothing beats "Eyes On Me". "Suteki Da Ne" comes 2nd and "Melodies of Life" comes 3rd. Can't think of a song equivalent for FFVII though.

The term fanservice is to include elements into a game/anime/other entertainment medium to excite the audience. Usually fan service comes with more skin and less clothes, particularly on the females.
