I do not think so. The reason FFXV got delayed so many times is because the graphic engines Square enix developed since the ps3/360 generation (Crystal Tools and Luminous) were pure shit. Tabata already confirmed that the FF7 Remake will not be using Luminous engine so they will not be having that problem with this game. The second problem they had was that FFXIV failed really hard at first and they had focus many their resources to fix that game, as a result many of their console games got delayed.

Well, at least people are starting to realize how much cinematic games suck, for that alone this console generation has the potential to be better then the past one at some point.

I think the answer is very obvious. It is Konami. Regardless of how hard Capcom and Sega have fallen they are still trying to do a comeback. I cannot say the same about Konami. They clearly said that after MGSV is released they are done with home console games and will focus on pachinko machines and cancerous freemium mobile trash.

Lol at people saying Fallout 4 can beat BloodBorne. Its impossible for a modern RPG to beat BloodBorne in terms of combat mechanics unless its another game made by From Software.

The mainstream review sites such as Gamespot will most likely praise it like it's the best thing ever. The game itself will probably be absolute shit though just like every other Bethesda game.

As much as I love Platinum games the truth is that their games are and will always be niche.

Games that are not cinematic third person shooters.
