Ibelieve 16GB memory sticks are available for the PSP 3000 - personally i think you should buy a 3000, decent value for money, money saved can contribute to game(s) memory stick(s). 3000 supports UMD & Digital downloads. PSP 1000, 2000 & 3000 have best of both worlds :)
