32 GB storage in a psp 3000? Check out this thread on the official playstation forum

http://boardsus.playstation.com/t5/PSP-General/32GB-memory-cards-in-the-PSP-Review/m-p/40571136

Complete breakdown of the usage, costs etc of using micro sd cards with an adaptor for your psp. It's quite simple and it works as evidenced by the 52+ page thread.

How about getting those micro sd to memory stick pro duo converters? I have one and it takes two microsd cards. Put two 8gb microsd cards to get 16gb total and my psp thinks i have a memory stick pro duo.

$20 for each 8gb micro sd card plus $7.50 for the converter. $47.50 for 16gb of flash storage for my psp 3000.

That's not a particularly great deal when a 16GB card can be purchased for $40, though. It's also less reliable and slower.

At the time of my posting a class 6 16gb microsd card wasn't available so I went with 2 class 6 8gb microsd cards. I disagree that they are slower or less reliable. Also do u mean that a 16gb memory stick pro duo can be had for $40? I can't find that anywhere online.

I think the Go is a rip off. A 3000 can be had for as little as $169 (I even got mod nation bundle for $150) coupled with even an expensive memory stick pro duo would be cheaper than the go. The cost drops further with microsd cards and the adapter.

No memory stick was included. Bought it at EBgames but here is a link on Amazon for the same bundle:

I bought a psp 3000 and started playing gran turismo on it without a memory card and would just switch off the psp when I wanted a break. I've completed challenges but will be getting a memory stick soon. If I format the stick on the psp I would have to exit gran turismo to do it. Is there a way to format the memory stick outiside of the psp so that I can just stick it in the psp and save my gran turismo?

Ok but I'd really like to play ranked matches and I can't pick gamers from my own country as it isn't included in the preset areas. I'm in the caribbean. :(

I recently bought this game and I've been having issues online with inputs taking half a second to be acknowledged. My other games work fine (Fifa 10, MW2, MGO).

It's really disturbing to play this game that requires fast reactions be played sluggishly and overly defensively because of the lag I'm getting.

Ok well if HDCP is required for games to then you might as well go with the VGA cable cuz you'd just waste money on that hdmi to dvi cable.

The VGA cable works well enough. You can get 1080p in games with it if your monitor supports it. The colours are a little washed out but it gets the job done.

OP even better. The PS3 uses standard HDMI cables so you just need a cable with one ned hdmi and the other dvi. An hdmi to DVI cable.
