I have been preaching this idea to anyone that will listen for months now. I don't understand why its not already in production. MS and Sony want a piece of the used games sales and this would be that way. It's almost like an all digital ebay. Currently I do not buy any digital games since I can't resell them. This would get me to buy digital titles.

Kinda hope this comes true rather then these 2 giants saying no used games in the future.

Now you have me nervous, I just expected BB to have it launch day. Someone on this forumn has to work for BB or know someone that works there. Why can't the site be crystal clear on launch day or not, I guess b/c they don't know the actual date?

So proably just being paranoid but the Xbox 1 on Bestbuy says day 1 edition in the title but my receipt for the PS4 just says PS4 console. Anyone else preorder from Bestbuy? Does anyone's receipt say day 1 edition?

reasons

with ps4 u can buy and own ur games and u can eventually sell them.

ps4 has is slightly stronger spec wise.

with xbox1 u rent games from microsoft by paying the full price, everything u buy is useless. at the end of next gen those than hav wiiu and ps4 will hav a working console with games that can be traded or sold but at the end of the x1 gen ur consoles including ur game will be unplayable because of the drm alway online bs policy.

ps4 is cheaper than x1

it is true and i believe the cloud stuff ms is claiming but it comes with alot of problem. eventually games using cloud computing will destroy ps4 game graphically but at a cost. the game will not be all in disk and u need extremely fast internet to play single player games without lag and even faster internet to play online lagless and that mean the second the game has a small negligible community and ms decide to shut down its servers for the game the single player game will be unplayable and u cant do anything about it because of the ms terms of use policies.

im more interested in x1 gamewise but it is not worth the investement because u r basically renting both ur games and console from microsoft at full price.

lastly becarefull even if ms decide to remove the always online and drm policy it might be a trock to bring more customers and they can change it back. in x1 term of use it is said that ms can do watever they want and change wat ever they want from their policies and ur are not allowed to sue them.

also the spying thing i believe its true, sick people that want to spy on u, it true u can turn of the kinect features but u cannot unplug it, even the german is warning there public from x1 and claims it a spying device. I MEAN COME ON IF THE GERMAN CONSIDERS KINECT A THREAT IT MUST BE A BIGGER THREAT TO OUR PRIVACY THAN WE THINK IT IS.

either way it saddens ms is investing alot on games and i think we will finally see a proper banjo mplatformer game but nothing justifies ms to make us pay sooo much for renting everything from them. either way if the console is worth 200 dollars and the games are at most 10 dollars then it is worth it but a penny more than that is a rip off considering u r not buying anything from them. i mean wiiu and ps4 cost less and offers u games to buy.
