I believe Heroes, while still a good game, is where it started to go downhill. Shadow was just an awful game ( although I did like the multi-path gameplay). As glitchy as Sonic '06 was, I actually enjoyed the game even though I HATED the story. I also didn't care for Sonic and the Secret Rings and I've yet to play Sonic Unleashed or the Rush series.
