@Zassimick: A side bar on that note -- The Writer's Guild's had a Video Game Writing category in their awards ceremonies since 2008, so it's starting to garner a little more recognition. The Last of Us won the award last night.

@Jaysonguy: I hope you're not referring to your better half, as I've already stated the features that are missing are features I don't use on Playstaton or Xbox regardless of their presence -- neither would they be used on the Wii U if Nintendo implemented them.
Guitar, bass, piano, and a lovely instrument called my voice.
A bit of warning for Rocksmith -- and I don't know if this applies to that many televisions -- but I couldn't for the life of me get it synced up to my surround sound. Even using the standard TV speakers, there was a noticeable lag between strumming and sound output that made the game unplayable.
@tormentos: Before you start insulting people's intelligence, you should probably learn basic spelling and grammar.
@nini200: what differs this time around is that all of those things can be incorporated in future updates, and it appears Nintendo may actually be willing to listen -- then again it's Nintendo, so I never get my hopes up on that front.
@67gt500: while that may be good and true, I have my doubts it's a game people will talk about years down the road.
Damn, why do all these celebrities feel the need to do drugs? Especially when you hear about other celebrities dying to them.
I try to keep my anonymity on the internet, but I will comment that I work in Hollywood, and unfortunately, access to drugs is outrageous in the entertainment industry. It gets very hard to say no after awhile, though some of us still stay strong.
The thing about someone someone like Philip is he, like many of us, had a very addictive personality. It affects more of us than we might think. The drug addict's mind is quite similar to one who marathons games of Skyrim for eight hours, just channeled differently. It's that same mind that made him such a great talent, but when you channel that kind of personality into the wrong things, this is where you end up.
He'll be missed.
@Desmonic:
Sorry dude, Tomb Radier's not really anything special. It took an existing franchise and infused it with modern ideas found in other games. I saw nothing new. I consider that mediocre. I'm not saying it's not fun, I had a decent time with it. But when you exclusively use other games' ideas, I consider that mediocre.
