I'm referring to redfordo who is implying that Punchout deserved higher than an 8.5 and possibly GOTY. It has nothing to do with personal favorites, but rather a comparision with all of the titles released this year.

Also you have to look at the fact that even the multiplat situation for the Wii is improving as Tiger, Ghostbusters and PES 09 are recent releases that are the best on Wii.

The wii gets 3rd party exclusives due to the way its set up, that's really the only reason. It can't get most multiplats because of tech which is where the exclusives come in. Also, I hardly call 3 good wii multiplats a changing situation but hey that's just me.
