These are great numbers if your Naughty Dog, but the best games out there (and some not so much) have seen this success also so it's not ownage.
Heres a bigger number 74 miliion PS3 owners chose not to buy it.

Well at least TLOU destroyed Halo 4 were it count been a good game...
Am I supposed to read this in a hillbilly accent like that guy from JOE DIRT..."Home is where the Heart is..come on man everybody kno that.."
No one is dropping $500 on the ONE. I have a group of 4 friends that are hardcore XBOX fans and they are converting to PlayStation. I bet M$ has lost at least one third of Xbox fan's support, including mine.YoshiYogurt
Well come on we can all play this game, my local peeps got their boxes pre ordered. Day one peeps are not the end game.
MS isn't winning nore are going to win the upcoming gen.

No they should not and from what I understood from there press events they werent going to try. They specifically said don't buy this product unless you can use it the way we intended. Is it that hard to see that they want the 40 million live subscribers to come back for a more focused service.
[QUOTE="redikan"][QUOTE="xboxiphoneps3"]we are not trying to shit on Titanfall, we are just being honest when the graphics do suck pretty bad and dont look next gen at all.... AND the gameplay is last gen (CoD Future Warfare anyone)? xboxiphoneps3
Elaborate on "nextgen" Gameplay please. Is it anything like pressing a button on a controller and seeing something you want to happen but is predefined by code on screen.
looks and runs exactly like a CoD game, same atmosphere, same everythingI am not harping on you, I am just curious what next gen gameplay is anymore because NES gameplay mechanics still work pretty well this day and age. If you think the presentation is super CODesque that's fine, but taking a jab at gameplay which is based on mechanics that simply cant be changed without really breaking something that just works. Let's face it any game where your character fire a projectile to attack is a shooter and the act of shooting really hasnt changed since the first game that employed it. Maybe we tacked on scopes or shooting from cover but a shooters got to shoot.

Microsoft may have just pulled off the greatest product awareness campaign in videogaming history.
And the best thing is they have successfully used the SONY band camp to spread the idea of owning their product like wild fire.
Consumers with no allegiance generally want to read about products generating the most buzz hated or loved
I really cant wait.
Thank you SONY fans for the continued dedication and hard work put into making the XBOX One the system we all new it would be.

You have taken concern trolling and fanboyism to new levels here. All I can say is if MS needs Sony and Sony fans to get their console attention and therefore sales, and YOU think this is great news, then why not just cut out the MS middle man and go straight to Sony in the first place.
Meanwhile, I can't help but notive your blind praise for MS and X1 conveniently ignores recent news that GS had to stop pre-orders because of such high demand. Meanwhile, X1 pre-orders have had no such restriction. MS isn't even bothering with a world wide launch.
Face it, MS has killed, burried, resurrected and killed again any good will they earned from the 360.
Yea, more likely just more fuel for the the silly fire around here lately. Microsoft didnt kill itself. Microsoft had a vision for their product that was mutilated by people before we ever new what it would do to gaming. It's too bad that the speed of information on the internet anymore rarely means that people are being correctly informed. The correct path would be to let them release their vision. I could've sniffed out a lemon of a product in final form.

How can I be nervous about sales that I know arent going to happen. Didn't they specifically say don't buy this machine if you can't use it the way it was designed. I would rather see the product put to use in the way it was meant and then decide if I want it.
But that was cute the way you made the topic more interesting. You are really good at bringing good info.
lostrib
you should use the quote option so people know who you're talking to
Good Call
Havent we always known that these companies make peanuts on the system sale. Have we ever heard how much that pocket on the yearly subscription rate?
