I am way too jealous of all of these cool lookin' pc's. Still contemplating as to whether or not post a pic of my pc that has been unused for at least six or seven years now..... Just kidding. :P

So do these methods actually improve fps? Can anyone confirm if they do work? These are: XMB Settings Menu: Game settings: PS/PS2 Upscaler=OFF, PS/PS2 Smoothing=OFF BD/DVD Settings: Cinema Conversion=Video, DVD Upscaler=OFF, BD 1080p 24 Hz output=OFF, BD/DVD Audio output format= BITSTREAM Music settings: Crossfade playback=OFF, Audio cd output=44.1/88/192KHz, Bitmapping=OFF System settings: Notification messages=DO NOT DISPLAY Display settings: Screensaver=OFF Sound setting: Audio output=OPTICAL Digital out 5.1/dts or analog Security settings: ALL OFF Network settings: Media server connection=DISABLE (probably 1 of the main cause the problem, since it scans continuously with WiFi) PSN: OFF ***I have a Super Slim and I was wondering if doing these things would actually improve my ps3 fps? I've been experiencing some lag with Borderlands and Dark Souls lately so I am seeking some fps boost. I don't really care if doing all these things would ruin the graphics or make them worse, I have always valued performance over graphics anyway since I used to play games on the lowest graphics settings possible on my crappy laptop. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks. :)

you only have 37 trophies and no Plats so why bother putting that in your sig?

Nengo_Flow
Mean. :/ I like how it makes all your posts look like. Sure it isn't anything special right now, but it will be something to look at in due time. I am new to the PS3 scene so I am quite excited about everything right now.

I have tried absolutely everything. Google'd it, youtube'd it, still nothing. D: I pasted all links on my sig but then when I click apply, the sig box is blank. I am such a noob, sorry guys. :( psnprofiles.com gave me three links: Direct URL: http://card.psnprofiles.com/1/Likach.png BBCode: HTML: Can someone please teach me as to how to put my psnprofile in my sig? :D I'm really jealous of the people with cool-looking sigs haha. I know my gamercard is absolutely nothing to show-off yet but still, I think it would make all my posts more vibrant. :) EDIT: ^Wth, dunno how that happened.

I would like to suggest that if you aren't very good yet in any of these games (UMVC3, TTT2, SFxT, Injustice) that you practice a lot before playing online. Get yourself used to the game and it's mechanics first then learn a few basic combos then jump into the advanced ones. If you don't do this, people will RAPE you online.

Dunno if this will affect you but I'm from Latin America and I can't introduce my credit card on PSN, according to them the credit card isn't valid. I suppose the same will apply to anyone that makes an US account and don't have an US credit card. Miroku32
That's fine with me since I'm not planning on buying any games online anyway since I have a crappy internet connection.
