Something that bothered me the entire article was the topic of booth babes and E3. I'm not one to go online and look booth babes up, or really care even, but I don't understand the lady's comment about wanting to take her 12 year old daughter to E3. Let's be honest you also wouldn't like your 12 year old boy to be exposed to too much sexuality/mature content. Wanting to do that means make the whole convention child friendly, which is a little ridiculous, because that is not its goal. I don't understand the booth babe problem. None of these people are booth babes. If you want real equality, ask for booth babe men as well. Asking for booth babes to not be there is discriminating against women as well as anyone who might enjoy their presence. It's a very self-centred, hypocritical, and arrogant point of view.
yes. It is the game as has been released to the consumer, shouldn't a review reflect that? what if it said 9.0 so you rushed out and bought the game and it didn't work? the onus isn't on the reviewer to try to imagine what the product should be like, it's on the seller to make sure it's a good, and most importantly, working product
a little presumptuous of you lol. I have seen kevin get a lot of crap for his reviews too. The thing about this one is that everyone is mad at EA like never before and for good reason, and Kevin/Gamespot reviewed the game taking into account all the BS that EA has caused.
I'm really glad that GS decided to review the game AS IS and not wait for EA to try to get their act together. They advertised a product, they released it, and that's how it should be reviewed. Good job GS!
This better be good, I was expecting a whole new character/era/location. I know these all apply to this game but it seems too closely related to the last game to be assigned a AC4 title. Also! I want more tall buildings to climb! What happened to the super tall buildings and towers in AC1-2? It's also become more run and gun, which is a lot of fun don't get me wrong, but there was something satisfying about planning your kill in AC1 that I haven't felt at all recently.
If you're this angry about a review you need a life. Also, Duke Nukem took forever to develop, should it have gotten automatic 10? Faulty logic. They are here to criticize, and criticize they do.
