What about my PSU, is it good enough? I've had it for 3 years now and it served me well, do i need to change it?

So I bought a new motherboard(Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 ), new processor(2500k) and new RAM(G.Skill RipJaw 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz). This will be my first ever build-myself system and I want to know what exactly happens when I install this new motherboard/cpu/ram and connect the HDD with my OS(Vista) on it, will it just boot like normal or not boot at all? or will I have to reinstall Windows? Will there be any other complications I need to know about when I connect old Hard drive to the new mobo? I assume that connecting my current graphics card will not be a problem? (8800 gtx) Also I dont want to change my PSU unless I have to, its Jeantech storm 700w. Is this good enough for the new system? Oh and I will be getting either 560Ti or 6870 HD I know its a lot of questions but I will really appreciate any help you can give me, thanks! P.S. love your forums :D
