FYI, these are games that were present at Sony's Gamer's Day, and is not the complete list of games that will release this year for PS3, not even close.

[QUOTE="retrib"]Uncharted has a way more appealing art style and evironment, most Unreal Engine 3 driven games all look the same, they focus on the main character models rather than the textures and gameplay..if you look closely at every single texture in GeOW, you'll see redundancies and cheap effects, nothing special, it's just gilded textures.3picuri3

funny, when i look at some of the uncharted footage and stills i was thinking the exact same thing -- low poly terrain and rocks, 2D flora, low-res textures.

it does have some nice animation though, and decent models.. nothing crazy, but decent.

And you think GeOW doesn't have low res textures and 2d flora? you're full of it, it's chuck full of bad low res textures, and you don't see it, then you're blind. Not only that, but GeOW has such small scale levels compared to Lair or Uncharted.

It was said that the Cell was 20-40 times more powerful than the Ps2s processor, Imagine if the ps4 processor is 20-40 times more powerful than the cell.

Makes you wonder what type of processor will be in future consoles, Ps4/xbox3.

Aww mang, I'll love the day when consoles can actually run that, who knows, maybe 5-7 years from now when the Ps4 or xbox3 is released.

[QUOTE="themyth01"][QUOTE="Drizzt13"]

I believe the RSX had a higher clock speed than the Xenos. The RSX ran a bit faster than the 7800GTX GPU for PCs. But that still doesn't make a difference cause right now the Xbox360 still does have the best looking game out right now.

Nope, the RSX was downgraded. Both are 500MHz at core colck speed but Xenos has higher memory speeds.

That was never officially confirmed, to my knowledge. The "official" RSX specs have yet to be released to this day.

Yep, all they anounced is that it was based on G70 architecture and just a little more powerful than a Geforce7800 gtx.
