What exactly are you talking about. Why cant they put it out as an "adult only" game in the US? He is talking about the fact that SONY, NINTENDO and MICROSOFT do NOT allow ADULT ONLY GAMES on there systems. This means that unless they change the game to get the rating moved to M, NO ONE will be playing this game.
