@pongley @rigbybot127 No, childish is innocent fun, which is what SR3 is (although I am using the term "innocent" a bit loosely). It's just a whale of a time!

@lpool8 While I normally do not prefer a dark, drab, gray color pallet to a rich, vibrant one, I do enjoy games with dark stories (case in point: GTA IV is one of my favorite games of all-time); though I also really enjoy lighthearted, silly fun. I don't know, I guess I just enjoy all walks of gaming, and will play both GTA V and SR4 when they drop later this year; like we all should.

@Hurvl @Mega_Loser The first one is one of the worst games I've ever played (though that doesn't mean it's completely awful, since I don't normally play bad games). The 2nd was decent, but the Third is where it finally finds it's way out from under GTA's gigantic shadow, and gives an experience unlike anything ever, to the point where we can't really compare it to GTA anymore (though GTA IV blows it, along with every other game in the series out of the water).

@JustArtificial SR2 had horrible controls, as much as I liked it. At least SR3 had decent controls, and some truly epic set-pieces (http://deckers.die, anyone?).

@pongley Childish doesn't have to be a bad thing.

I personally really enjoyed SR3, and it's wacky nature; plus the narrative got really amazing towards the end, wacky or not. I mean, it's no GTA IV, since that game is a masterpiece, it's got it's own awesome flavor, and I would hate to see them bowlderize it, for something that makes sense. Plus, this whole "President fighting aliens in a mech suit" reminds me a lot of Metal Wolf Chaos.

@neoand12 Wait..... so they can't get a "single" Sonic game right, yet you say Generations was awesome. I love Generations, but Unleashed was my favorite of the 7th gen games. They have finally found their nack.

This looks incredible. I can't wait to travel back to the past.
