I dont think I'll ever stop playing this game. I completed the storyline and yet there is still so much to do. I am basically just trying to get achievements in it now. I have 440 out of 1000. Not too bad eh..?

In other news I start my work experience on monday. I cant wait.

Well I finished GTA IV today after around 32 hours of playing it and I am very happy with it.. Here are some of my favourite parts, people and objects of the game.

Favourite character: Packie because he is irish like me and sometimes I can relate to him.

Least favourite character: Dimitri. I just hate that guy.

Favourite Mission: Three leaf clover because it is great. It makes kane and lynch look like idiots.

Favourite weapon: M4 Carbine

Favourite Car: Infernus

Favourite new feature: Cutting of the end of helicopters.

Favourite online mode: Free roam

Favourite radio show:: Integrity

Favourite tv show: The mens room

Favourite death: Being blown up.

Most proud of achievment: Lasting 5 minutes on 6 stars.

And favoutite island: Manhattan or sorry I mean Alquonin.

So there's my favourite stuff. Is there anything you disagree with me on?

So for the last 2 weeks of school I have to go work in a shop as work expirience. I chose to go Zavvi which is a place that sells games. I was pretty lucky to get this place because 3 or 4 other people were trying to go there aswell. But I know someone who works there so I get to go there now. I am hopeing to make a good impression on the workers there because then I might get a summer job there and that would be a dream job for me. But the best part is that workers there get a 40% discount on all products there. So that could help me to get a PS3 quicker and if I did my sums right €400 PS3 with a 40% discount would be around €240. Not too bad.

Well I've been considering getting a PS3 for a while now and I have decided I will save up for one. The only reason I am getting it is because of the great games that are coming to the PS3. Here are 3 that I want.

Haze

I don't really know what it is about this game that looks so good to me. But one thing I know is that I want it. I've always liked first-person shooters and this one looks like it will be good. Alot of people are already saying that it will be good but thay haven't played it yet. Well i'm not sure if there is a demo yet but still they shouldn't put it down before they have played it. The whole nectar thing seems cool but I would prefer to be a bad guy because making the good guys go crazy with the nectar. But still being good would be cool too.

Little Big Planet

This game looks really cool. The graphics look great and all of the objects, characters and backgrounds looks so realistic (well maybe not the characters). Still I always wanted this game since I first saw it. The customising side of the game looks good with you being to create full levels with so much detail. I know it looks kinda childish but it also looks cool. I heard it might be coming to the psp but that would probably end up being really dummed down version. I would like the best version of it I can get.

Killzone 2

I love the killzone games, especialy the one on the psp. The trailer for this at E3 looked deadly. I actually cant wait for this. That is if I get a PS3. Alot of people say its a halo rip off. But I didn't like halo so I don't care.I can't wait to kill some of those helgast mo fo's. And the game trailer made it look so real. so this should be good.

You can kinda guess what I am goin to say. Yep thats right, GTA IV. Best game ever. I mean it. This is actually the best game I have ever played. EVER!!!! If I had to rate this game I would give it 11 out of 10.

Grand Theft Auto IV

I got GTA on tuesday at 9 o'clock at virgin megastores ( my mam let me take the day off school for it) and I can't seem to stop playing it. I love everything about this game. I was going to get the special edition version but they didn't have them. I just got the game. But in the case was a 1 month xbox live gold membership card. Plus I got a free 3 month membership for reserving the game. So now I have 4 free months of xbox live because I bought GTA IV. If anyone wants to add me on Xbox live my gamertag is Robobie15. But anyway, back to gta. I'm after getting pretty far now. And even though I have had the game for a couple of days now I can't get over how great everything about the game is. The graphics are so good and the city feels like it is actually a real city. Online multiplayer is also great. my favourite game is team deathmatch and there doesn't seem to be as many annoying kids on it as other games. The controls are realy good. When I heard about all the things you can do in the game I thought the controls would be very complicated but there not. The story is good and it seems to understand who I like and who I don't. All the people I like seem to be in the story more and all the people I don't like get killed. So any way so far I would give it a 10 out of 10 from what I've seen (and I've seen alot). So thats GTA IV. I advise anyone with a ps3 or 360 to buy it. And anyone without one of them consoles should buy one for GTA IV. So anyway heres a picture :D

This is taking so long. Why could GTA IV not have come out earlier? Since tuesday last all that has been on my mind is GTA IV. I don't even want to play other games on my xbox because none of them are like GTA. Alot of places have been selling GTA early. I'm going to ring virgin megastores tomorrow to see if they are selling it early. If so I will be over there in an instance. The bad thing about tuesday is that I have to go through school before I can get the game. Even after school I have to walk 2 miles from my school to the shop I'm buying it to my house. So I wont be playing it till about 5. But it will be worth the wait. Just wish I had it now.

Assassins Creed

Well this is one of my favourite games on all consoles. This kept my entertained for ages. I love free roaming games like GTA. And when I heard this game was free roaming I had to have it. But the free roaming is marginal compared to the rest of the game. A great story, a map that could rival san andreas and the best graphics I have ever seen. The controls are great. About half of the game the person playing it is holding down A and up. That is to climb up buildings and you do alot of that( escaping after assassinations). The fighting is great. The player have four weapons. A sword, a dagger, throwing knives and a wrist knife. Enemy AI is very smart. The enemies are quite good at fighting. If an enemy attacks the player, they can do a counter attack which always looks good. This can be done with the sword, dagger and wrist knife but not with the throwing knives. The main missions throughout the game are to make assassinations. But before the player can do that they have to gather intel about the person to be assassinated. This is were the game loses. It is very repetitive gathering intel because there are only around six was to gather it. And seeing as there are around 11 people to be assassinated each requiring the player to gather three pieces of information about them, it is very repetitive. But the side missions are very good. Saving civilians and scaling large buildings to see the sights are just two of them. An annoying part of the game is when the player plays as the other character who most of us already know about but I won't say who for people who still are waiting to play it. While it is boring, it adds to the storyline so it is ok. There are many secrets at the end of it so a sequel is obvious. I can't wait for that.

Skate

Well this is my 6th favourite game for the Xbox. I was always a fan of the tony hawks series but too many games were coming out with tony hawks name on them so I decided to go for this. And I really enjoyed it. The control scheme is great. Moving is done by pressing A or B for the skater to push the board along. Turning is done with the left analog. And the tricks are done with the right stick. This is better that constantly pressing buttons. The game is also more realistic than tony hawks because in tony hawks you could jump off a curb and do a 360 back flip. In skate it is more realistic. If you tried to jump off a curb you would be lucky to get a kickflip. The graphics are brilliant. The city you are in is huge and there are plenty of places for skating. Alot of celebrities will make appearances. There are many challenges such as getting the most points in a competition, nailing tricks, getting good skate footage and much more. You can also customise your board which is great. If you are good at skating, skating companies will want you to wear there merchandise and use there boards. Which is a nice touch. I would give this game a 9 out of 10. My only problem with the game is that going up hill can get a bit tedious and there aren't alot of multiplayer modes. Cant wait for a sequel.
