It's true - Bungie said it on their latest FAQ about the new maps. I personally think this is totally unfair - My son plays the game all the time and is exited about these new upcoming maps, but he (and I) wont be able to get them beacuse the account is a child account. I paid for the game, and I think I should be able to play DLC for it also.

However, I think I've found a work-around. When I got Halo 3, it came with that "48 hour free gold subscription card", right? well If I make a new account, sign up for gold with that card, and put in my age ( which is over 18 ), wouldn't I be able to download these new maps if only for 48 hours?

$10 is a lot to waste if you can only play them for 48 hrs. I like the new rule, it keeps the youngins out of playing games that they have no business playing. Games are rated for a reason people.

Just compare the PSN and Live and you see: you get what you pay for.teebeenz

I guess most people have never used the PS2 Online scheme, or the PSN. What a heap of crappy software both of those are.

I don't own a chatpad. I have an old keyboard stashed under the chair.

I would like to see more playable levels for Team Fortress 2 on the Orange Box. I would also like to see more song packs available for GH3

I have energizer rechargable batteries also. What i do is either shake the battery cartrige (NOT THE ACTUAL CONTROLLER) and they will start to slide out, then i just pull them out the rest of the way. The other thing you can do is find a hard surface, like a countertop, and gently bang one side of the battery cartrige against it. This will slowly push one battery out, and once you get one out the other will come out easily. Good luck

There is a graphic novel out also. Here is the link on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Graphic-Novel-Lee-Hammock/dp/0785123725/ref=pd_bbs_sr_4?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1196733466&sr=8-4

There is also a few comic books that just came out:

I have not read any of these so don't ask for reviews.

I still want The Chronicles of Riddick, arghhhhhhhh.grunt1096

dude, they're remaking that game for the 360. They will never make a game backwards compatable that has a version already on the 360.

I have a cheapy ****** I bought from walmart a year and a half ago and I have never had any problems whatsoever. I have my xbox 360 ethernet wired to it, so i cannot say about the WiFi, but i think it should work. It is a 5 port router and I have had 5 xbox 360's hooked up to it at one time, and It still works perfectly. IMO ****** makes good products.
