@gotrekfabian: I only played Witcher 1 and Witcher 2, and I didn't finish either. I quit out of boredom. Maybe they're good if you're into story driven games, but gameplay wise, both games were awful.
Be honest, did you enjoy the gameplay? I doubt you did. How could anyone?
@Dilandau88: It sure doesn't upset a cheapskate like me. I'll only be buying this game when it goes on sale for $19.99. I'm basically three or four years behind the average gamer when it comes to playing games. I only have time to play so many games, so there's no point playing the new ones. My steam backlog is already hundreds of games.
I love steam because whenever you wishlist a game, you get an email reminding you every time it's on sale.
I don't mind hard difficulty, just as long as there are a lot of checkpoints. Or even better, is when you can manually save anytime you want. Why can't all games have this option??? Yes, even a game like Dark Souls. I don't see why anyone would be opposed to this. Nobody would force them to manually save. If they prefer, they could rely on the in-game checkpoint system.
Interesting game, and the FPS looked smooth as butter. You would think it was a high end PC footage we were looking at. I've been waiting so many years for consoles to become this powerful. At long last the wait is finally over. This is true next gen gaming.
