@Jersalaw: First off, who is "we"? You don't speak for anyone but yourself. It may not be YOUR loss, but it's Nintendo's loss, because there are lots of people just like me who will not buy the Switch unless they port their old Wii & Wii U games. The only game I want to play on the Switch is the new Mario and Zelda; and I'm not buying a console for just two games.
@darkelf83: That's your opinion, and probably because you already played those games. I never have, and would like to get a chance to do so. I haven't played any Nintendo games since the Gamecube. So I missed out on a lot of great games.
@mal123456: I wish they still sold the Wii. I regret not buying it, and I'm NOT interested in buying a second hand unit since Nintendo, in their infinite stupidity, no longer sell brand new Wii controllers. And the third party Wii controllers are junk.
I will NOT be buying the Switch until both Mario Galaxy games come out, and all Wii & Wii U Zelda games are released. And if those games don't come out, then I will NEVER buy a Switch and will eventually just use a Nintendo emulator like the Dolphin.
Ben gaming since Atari 2600 days, and as far as gameplay goes, the XBOX360 and the PS3 had the best games. This current gen is absolute shit. The only game that I've really enjoyed so far is the new DOOM. I haven't touched my PS4 in months. This is probably the longest I've gone without playing any videogames.
I sure hope Bethesda makes DOOM 2. Day one purchase. And I never do that.
