For people saying this might increase price of games, you don't understand economy. It will only make developers pay proportionally less upfront to achieve same compensation considering projected sales after the royalty.

Which in turn be worse for voice actor, cause they will be succeptable to the sales expectations calculated by publishers (which we know are unreliable).

If they can't pay less upfront, they will hire less actors, which will be again, worse for actors.

The whole world wants free lunch, what a disgrace.
