It's not like it's not coming eventually.

I'll admit Lesnar is big and he's quick but this is Fedor your talking about. The guy who's lost 1 of 31 fights due to a technicality. In terms of skill and technique he's far past what Lesnar or anyone else can do. I'm waiting for the day Fedor loses a fight (by knockout or submission) but to be honest I don't see it happening.PS2_ROCKS
Maybe if they were to fight now, but Lesnar has time to close the gap as he is improving fast. The fight probably wouldnt happen for another couple years if were to happen at all, and by that time it would be a very different story.

Lets take a quick look as his resume

- Pro Wrestler (WWE)

- 2 time amatuer wrestling champion (NCAA)

- Nearly made to the NFL as a linebacker for The Vikings despite not playing since highschool

- took him four fights in the UFC to become the undisputed champion and has already manhandled legends of the sport

Say what you want about him, but this guy is an incredible athlete. He's as strong as a bear and absolutley HUGE yet he has the speed of a middlewieght. I have never seen a big man with such speed, coordination and athletisism. He is improving at a blistering pace and I think it's only a matter of time before he dethrones Fedor as the best in the world.

I know it's a weird comparison but who do you think is more entertaining in their area of entertainment?

I would really like to see anyone defend against this.

This is why the Xbox brandname will never be any better than a second place, tier two console. Zero individualism to set it apart from its competitors.

No. It is just that the next games in the franchises are getting worse and worse instead of better and better. They aren't milking the franchise at all.

DarkGamer007

Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Halo ODST, Halo Reach

That's six different Halo games in two generations with very few other first party IPs

That's pretty much the definition of milkage imo

[/

No it isn't milkage. Halo to Halo 2 was three years, Halo 2 to Halo 3 was three years, and Halo 3 to Halo: Reach will be three years. Halo 3: ODST is just an expansion pack, and Halo Wars took three years to make (announced in 2006). That is not milkage.

Also if you look at it like this:

Six Halo Games in 8 years is pretty good. Until I see Master Chief Party 1 - 8, Master Chief Tennis, Master Chief Soccer, Master Chief Baseball, Master Chief Cart, Master Chief Basketball ect. Then we can claim milkage.

QUOTE]Six Halo games in two gens is bad enough, but the worst part about it that that's pretty much one of the only big first party franchises for 360 owners to lookforward to while Sony and Nintendo have a stable full of big first party franchises.

[QUOTE="pyromaniac223"] It's still a zelda game. I like how you conveniently classify "milking" as home console games so "perfect" series like MGS get left out.Avian005

If MS had an extra portable platform around to make Halo games on they would as well. You can only compare the consoles.

No. You have to include all the games. Besides, there was a Halo DS game, but it was cancelled. They can make Halo portable games, they just choose not to.

Halo DS game? The reasons that didnt happen is because MS doesnt want their bread and butter franchise on a competing platform. You're reaching.

Remind me again, how many Killzone games there are in total? Or many Gran Turismo? Or Metal Gear games on the Playstation platform? Halo's eight years old. In eight years, we've had three full titles, one expansion, and one spin-off by another highly respectable developer. Doesn't seem "milked" at all. Actually, it seems like MS is being very picky with how they treat the franchise, as they should be.DonPerian
6 halo games in 2 gens is the firthest thing from picky.
