my favourite dmc game is 3 ive brought it like 3 times :P an hav put in so many hours into tht game, tht sed i still feel imo as a whole the gow series is better then dmc but thts just me :P

Anyways, you should call them up, yell at them while telling them what you just told us, and demand that you be shipped a new laptop, and tell them you want one that's better than what you sent in to get fixed.
do you really think that'll work if i shout down the line angry voice. that they will take me more seriously cause my mate was saying the same thing that they probably think im a push over and i dont mind how long it takes.
Well ok I brought a hp pavilion laptop from comet about 8 months ago and since having it, it has broke down :( so I phoned HP and tell them that the laptop has broken and they tell me they will send parceline to collect it tomorrow morning and they will return the laptop to me in 7 days fixed and ready to go.
2 weeks pass and I start to wonder where the h*ll is my laptop! So I decide to phone them up and they tell me they need a SPF kit to fix the laptop and they are waiting for the SPF kit to be delivered.
I phone up again and its the same story for about 5 weeks. I phone the following week and they tell me that they have come to a decision and they will either get the SPF or give me a new laptop. They phone me back and say "we will be sending you your laptop at the end of the week" so I say "you found the SPF kit then" and she just says "goodbye".So I waited and still no laptop so I phone up again and they tell me that "I requested that the laptop be sent back unrepaired "? so I say no I didn't and they say "ok but were still waiting for the SPF kit".
I wait a week and phone again and they tell me that my laptop is completely wasted and that even the data on the hard drive is gone which had college work, family/friend photo, and many more and they then tell me that because I have been waiting so long, I qualify for a new laptop and you will receive your laptop in 10 days I wait ten days and still no laptop so I phone up a again (which happens to be today) and they tell me that the invoice needs to be sent to the head office and it then needs to be checked an verified by guys at the main office .
well that is it and now I pretty sick an D*MN tired of this bull, but what can I do ??
