Gallowhand, this game looks cool! The protagonist looks the same as the one in Hydrophobia Prophecy suggested by nilzg. This is also how I remember the protagonist from the game I'm looking for. If only I could search for games with short hair female protagonists LOL... Does anyone else remember a game featuring such a character?

I've been looking for this game for a while now, and since I couldn't find it I thought you guys might help me find it.
The game I'm looking for came out sometime between 2011 and 2013. I'm not even sure if it's a PC game (I hope it is!).
It features a female protagonist and it is set in a futuristic world. It's a third person action game (kind of like tomb raider but in the future).
I remember watching a gameplay video where the protagonist is climbing scaffolding while dodging a helicopter shooting at her. She is also communicating with some guy via telecommunication system.
Does any of this remind you of the game I'm looking for?
