Holla peeps, I am in a small predicament and would very much like some opinions. I downloaded GTA San Andreas off of XBOX live, works fine. My friend, who doesn't have access to xbox live asked me if it would be ok to put his HDD into my console and download it, which we did. However it doesnt work on his console.
I understand that there is an issue with licensing here, which I foolishly didn't check out before hand. I was wondering if there is a way to enable him to play the game offline on his console? And is there a way that will still let me play offline on mines? I would very much appreciate some input.
Not sure if these really count, but FF versus 13 and TES V, none of which have release dates. FF will likely be next year, and there is nothing on a TES V besides speculation. A lot of speculation that we could see it this year, so if this were true it would be a fall/winter release. I like in hope.
Generally I am against remakes etc, but a new LoK would be good. I doubt it will ever happen, but due to Defiance's ending I think the series needs closure.
I'm actually strongly against playing MGS4 without playing the first 3 games beforehand. Kojima made 4 as a tribute to fans, it's full of fan-service and moments where I honestly got teary eyed.
The database add-on and Wiki would help for the story but I believe you're missing out on alot. Get the MGS collection bundle, beat all 3 again, and then play 4. Though it's only my opinion.

I agree. 4 is Snake's swansong, it strikes me as pointless to play 4 without having played the others. Whilst 2 was the weakest, in the context of the series it is still worth it. You cannot fully appreciate 4 without having played the first 3.
God I hope it isn't an MMO. What do I hope it will be? 1 - New province (maybe more than one) 2 - Better NPC AI 3 - Greater array of crafting skills 4 - To have at least the same depth was IV. I can't wait for it.
