This is hardly a surprise, Fox are blatently pro Repuclican/conservative, that they call themselves fair and balanced is rather funny. What is sad is that some people believe them to be balanced. They are a joke.

I would love to see this happen. I have a lot of PS2 games, but my PS2 (second one) is on the blink. Would love for an emulator to come out, iching to play FFX.

I don't care what homosexuals decide to do in private..I don't like having their anti christian beliefs or what have you shoved in my face though...they can become legal partners or become conjoined through a civil bond or whatever..i don't mind that...but i do mind if it's considered marriage...

Yes, because the Christians invented marriage. Also, how does someone hundreds of miles away from you, whom you do not even know, how does them getting married translate to getting anti christian beliefs rammed down your throat?

To people who have an issue with christianity being dragged into this....I think I can best sum it up as follows : The world is changing, so are attitudes. More and more people realise that the age old attitudes towards homosexuality are dated and wrong. Many christians want to appear (and some might actually want to) to be progressive. However their faith is pretty clear on the subject and their desire to seem "decent" cannot be reconciled with their faith. They cannot tolerate the blatant flaws in their faith being openly criticised. So they try and brush it under the rug by saying "ZOMF EASY TARGET, LAY OFF JESUS FFS".

I haven't played Blood Omen, but have played the rest. God Soul Reaver was such a good game. I love the series, but I went and replaying Soul Reaver 2 and Defiance....and to be honest I think they are riddled with flaws. Soul Reaver 2, loved the story, but the gameplay, in particular the combat is horrible. Defiance got rid of this problem, but let itself down with mass repetitivness. None the less, great series.

The two what got me into gaming were Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver and Final Fantasy VII.

Valkyrie Profile 2 is the one that sticks out for me. I was really impressed with this game, it was something different and at it's best utterly engrossing and challenging.

[QUOTE="dkjestrup"]Great Story != Great Story telling. Uncharted doesn't really have a great story. It's all pretty stereotypical, light hearted. Gives you no real emotions, doesn't present any great ideas or anything. But it's told extremely well with great voice acting and pacing. I do love the game though.

Agreed, the story itself is nothing special, very textbook, they just gave a master class in story telling. Was very impressed with it, easily one of the best written games I have played in terms of dialogue.

For me Final Fantasy is going downhill. Loved 6/7/8/9/10, but wasn't too amazed with 12 and was gutted with 13. SquareEnix have yet to make a properly good FF in my opinion. I am hoping Versus 13 will make things right. Gameplay wise I like the advancements, but storywise and structurally they have went downhill.

I would love to see more RPG's. For me the PS2 is still the best console for RPG's, the way is open for the 360/PS3 to claim this crown, but aside from Oblivion I really don't think a truely great RPG has came out for the 360. Mass Effect1/2 were very good, DaO showed potential but neither were (imo) greats. With the hardware now available I would hope to see someone really raising the bar.
