Im considering gettin WoW. and im not a huge PC game cause i stick mainly to consols, but iv heard good things.
iv decided to use a trial version to test the game, but im having some trouble. iv dowloaded the game and set up a trial account but every time i try to play it just keeps making me download patchs, iv already downloaded about 5 and now it wants me to download a 2.3gig patch. No way. Is there a way around downloading patchs and just playing the game. And if i went out and bought the game would i still have to download all these anoying patches.
Any comments will be helpful. Thanks
yea i just checked the size of my WOW BC folder and found it to be 15 gb. Yikes. the game is smaller than the patches. Ya there are alot of patches.
Sorry, you HAVE TO patch up to the same version that is running on the servers. Yes, you would have to download these patches... you working off of dial up?
Yea sumthing hard and interesting would have been good in campaign mode like the boss levels u were talking about. I find myself not even wanting to play campaign anymore cuz its just so boring. Ive finished 2 levels and i cant be bothered doing the other ones. Its just the same crap over and over and over. I will admit that the versus mode is pretty fun cuz it requires teamwork and skill but i really reckon campaign mode really needs to be juiced up.
Seems like they just love making good console games so they can get a lot of money but want to stay away from pc bcuz of piracy. So instead they make shoddy 1 day port jobs with a team of 1 persons. Obviously alot of ppl will buy the game for the pc and rockstar will earn a fair ammount of money and even if there is alot of piracy for that game they wouldnt care cuz it only took em over lunch to port the game.
yea 2 bad its the same bland and repetitive gameplay as the others. Let me guess, the next expansion they gona add a new character and make the level cap to 90? UTTER GENIUS!!!!!!
