dont think everyone comes back...the game aint that addictive for everyone...i myself played the game to lvl 40, and that was enough for me....by lvl 40 i felt i had done what there was to be done in the game

and u ppl that say that the game is to addictive....maybe its not entirely the games fault that u are addicted, maybe it has something to do with ur personality??

i would say the graphics was below wow standars many places...like the npc faces...reminded me of a soccer game back in 2000

Hey all... I am treading on thin ice with this as my first gamespot post but hey ho.

Right, i guess the title says it all. How many developers are putting out abysmal MMOs with no hope of much success?
Play Warcraft? Hell, after all the hype i dont want to touch it now, especially after the Burning Crusade release - wandering around as a sub level 10 character with the vast numbers of level 60+ peeps running about? And then paying for it!

The title was unfairly savage, more of an attention grabber, but don't people think that PC gaming could do with a good injection of extra talent? Every week its a new MMO and the PC seems to only release them. Of course there are the exceptions - when aren't there - such as the upcoming Crysis, Bioshock etc. People always tell me that you had Half-life 2 on the PC. Well thats great cos it is an excellent game and i love it, but that was some time ago. Compared to consoles at least, PC gaming is at the base of a trough at the moment. How long until we get back to the wave peak?

Im trying to put too much in to one post, but please disagree with me! I would love to be convinced otherwise on this.

The real way to see if an MMORPG developer is good  is to wait and see how long it takes them to patch everything...

That game will be a great game when they get done with the problems from releasing it early. Iam suyre they had to release the game early. Iam sure that they care about it .....belive me they are some of the most talented people in the mmo biz there and care about their project. I think for being forced to release early they are doing a great job because their target launch date was spring and thats a few months away they are kicking butt in my book.allen1080

the game has great potential, no doubt about that

but ur missing the main point here....sigil is charging ppl a monthly fee so they can fix their bugged game...in other words, we are paying for sigils mistake...thats why i call it beeing a sucker for sigil
