Whether it is $50 a year or $500 a year, the point is we pay for it. If something is wrong with your cable bill then the cable company reimburses or compensates you. Same deal with all businesses. Catch up on your business Etiquette kids!

I do think the lawsuit is a bit rediculous, but Microsoft does owe them and others compensation. The people that are telling people to quit whining are unaware that many others are still experiencing problems. And many have been for quite some time now. The persons that keep telling people to quit whining are usually little emo boys that are mad people aren't paying attention to them.

Actually I have every right to complain. It hasn't been working for me for about 3 weeks now, and there are many others with the same problem. All Microsoft can do is cover their rear ends by saying they're working on it. By the way I work good and hard for every penny I earn, and I don'tlive with mommy and daddy like you most likely do.I don't need little boys like you to come and tell me what I should and shouldn't do.

Is it worth buying? There aren't many reviews on it to persuade me to purchase it. So I'm asking some help from my peers. Much thanks to all who reply.

Well Xbox Live still isn't working properly. Every e-mail from the Giant we call Microsoft is the same. They keep saying that they are working on it. They seem to try and make themselves not look too bad by saying Live hasn't been down completely, but it may as well be down. Half the time you can't sign in, and the other half you can with no chance of playing multiplayer. The Marketplace has terrible load times, and at sometimes never shows up. And their idea of compensation will be a free arcade game. I don't see that to be fair at all. I want to be able to play against people online, not an arcade game. We all need to stick together and get something we deserve out of this. Microsoft recieves my hard earned money, and I want what I pay for and deserve. Stick together as a team and we will prevail!
