But it doesn't prove a drug free environment, heroin anc cocaine are outta your system in 3 days, alcohol in 24 and LSD and Shrooms usually don't even show up, it unfairly targets marijuana users which is the most non-lethal drug there is.

Marijuana aint even lethal, I think its even 'better' then alcohol... You can't get an overdose of marijuana and die.
