OMG GUESS WHAT!?!?!?

DOA 4 graphics > VIrtua Fighter 3 graphics!

Seriously, why are you comparing two games one year apart? And doesn't that say something for Virtual Fighter 5 that they had the extra year development time and couldn't even make the backgrounds look better than DOA 4?

I'm sure that the 360 version will have better graphics - not necessarily because the Xbox 360 is more powerfil, but the extra dev time will benefit. Imagine if they re-re-released Fight Night Round 3 for the 360 in 10 months. The graphics of that would pwn the PS3 version.

PS3's rumble still won't work b/c none of the games will have any rumble built-in them. How can the vest know when to rumble?

OK, so I played the Crackdown demo on XLM, and I liked it. But I'm really looking forward to the Halo 3 beta (who isn't?) which doesn't officially begin until spring.

I buy most of my games on eBay (and get them new/sealed for $10-ish under retail) and Crackdown is still $55-$75 right now, so I might want to wait until prices go down.

Do you think I'd miss my chance at the Halo 3 beta? Or when it gets closer to the beta starting, will prices go up even more? I know there's only a few Crackdowns with with beta, so they might be rare.

So what do you guys think? Should I buy the game now, or wait until spring is closer?

Well if Nintendo and Microsoft can't be nice and play alone, it doesn't mean the Sheep and Lemmings can't.

Really the Wii60 was just the gamers expresing their outrage for the truckloads of Sony's bullsh*t they've been shoving down our throats for years. The final straw was the PS3... hige price, all those broken promises, and overall screwing of the consumer

[QUOTE="MrGrimFandango"][QUOTE="YOUNG_POLO"][QUOTE="wildwild"]

In the March 2007 issue of Game Informer Magazine "NBA Street Homecourt" was recently reviewed. As expected the game had scored a solid 8.75. However, something unexpected was that the game looked the best on the Xbox 360 as opposed to the Playstation 3.

Quoted: "I'd give the nod to the 360 in terms of visuals, but either way this game features great texturing, character models and jaw-droppingly smooth animations."

another 1 for 360

What is it like 15 - 1? for 360

oblivion and FNR 3 say hi

Those two games had an extra year development time... NBA street was made simultaneously for all consoles. Let's see a re-make of Resistance: Fall of Man for the 360 in a year and be all amazed when it kicks ass compared to the "outdated" Playstation 3's graphics.....

[QUOTE="c0mplex"]the Wiimote =/= lightgun. they could add a reticule to all those games... but light gun games have always been about being accurate with just a gun, and not a reticule on the screen.

The Wiimote could be calibrated to be a lightgun. Zelda did it to a limited degree, and it could be so much more accurate
