I have an e8500 at 3.6, 4gb ram and a radeon 6850.  All above the minimum reqs, and I dip into the teens to single digit fps on big battles with EVERYTHING turned to low.  I have even dropped the screen res, doesnt really matter.  The funny thing is it is about the same FPS on medium settings. 

Bioshock 2 will be my next new game.

If you haven't mis-treated them in any way.. You could try taking it up with microsoft.
I mean Three 360's in that space of time and treated well (Clean environment, not standing up, never kicked or bumped) that sort of thing.. You shouldn't be having this problem.

If you have an elite, and if it failed with the RROD you are still under warranty for 3 years. The Elite came out in the end of 2006 if I remember right so your probably still good with the warranty.

Mine has broke twice, since launch. Frankly the way ive used it I would have been surprised if it had not quit at least once. I have left it on for hours as I went to school. Even forgot a few times and left it on pause for a couple days. That does suck, but mine could break 10 times and I dont think I could give it up.

I dont, I think it was a great game, as was gears 2. Above 9.0 I think one is just splitting hairs. Any game that has an average above 9 isusually anincredible game, with only indvidual personal tastes that matter.

What is this gamerscore you talk about?
