actually, I think the reason is because of development issues. Porting to a handheld is a lot of work, and in the end all you get is a game that has fewer features than its original with crappier graphics and controls to boot.nickjpn

true but bully uses more or less the same engine as manhunt 2 or maybe gta and those games had no problems controlwise or graphics wise with the PSP.It is possible and rockstar have done it before.
