This is a terrific attitude from Elijah. You can sit around and moan that finance rules hollywood, or you can aim for greatness, and the money will come.

Most Nintendo games have sub-par stories. I think Starfox, Ocarina of Time, and Path of Radiance would be good picks, but they would really need to get the visuals, and especially the music, just right.

Earthbound, Xenoblade, and Donkey Kong would never work as movies.

@judaspete: Soul Reaver is excellent, but Riven is indisputably the king of atmospheric exploration.

@ghostspartan : You are entirely correct. 2006 is about where I check out. There's dozens of good games newer than that, but for the most part I'll stick to 1991-2006
