MK X is a really fun game! Some awesome couch co-op games I recommend are Knack (underrated but really fun), Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition (downloadable from the PS Store), Minecraft, Rayman Legends, and LittleBigPlanet 3. You could also try looking into Helldivers and Diablo 3 as well :)
