We can't forget the team order in Malaysia, which Rosberg did obey, and the reliability issues Rosberg has had. However, Hamilton was debatably stolen a victory in Britain. They seem to be a good pair for teammates though, as a complete unit Mercedes are probably the strongest team on the grid.

I hope McLaren get back to winning ways soon, I want to see Perez in a race winning car. He still made the right move leaving Sauber though...

Because he Schumacher'd 2011, it's why people don't like him.

I think you're right, but Button Schumacher'd 2009 and everyone loves him still (including me :P ) Is it partly because he's German as well?

Vettel proved himself in the Toro Rosso back in '08. I don't know what more people expect him to do. Winning 3 championships in a row isn't a fluke, Webber has the same car and the only time he's been consistently close was 2010. I think if Alonso and Kimi were in equal machinery it would not simply be a case of walking all over Vettel, but they would definitely give him a run for his money, more so than Webber ever did. It's a shame we'll probably never find out, but that is the nature of Formula One. Senna would not have won without his McLaren, Mansell without his Williams, Button without his Brawn, Schumacher without his Ferrari. Vettel and Red Bull is the perfect pairing of driver and car, as Hamilton and McLaren were in 2008, or Alonso in 2005/6. Without decent machinery, the driver is nothing, look at poor Hulkenburg, if he doesn't get a drive near the top soon I won't be a happy guy.

I really fail to see how it would be a man who hates being number 2 as much as Alonso, or anyone except Ricciardo for that matter.

According to Yamauchi, it's because the PS3 has a much larger install base, which is important for the company. He also said he wasn't ruling out a PS4 version further down the line. I think his logic is that GT6 is simply not impressive enough (in a purely aesthetic sense) to be on PS4, we don't know if there's going to be 700 standard cars again.

DotD: Hamilton drove flawlessly, luck went his way but he didn't make any mistakes either

SotD: Raikkonen. Excellent job, if Lotus get their qualifying act together he could well be a threat.

Somehow I don't think we'll be seeing Kimi on Twitter anytime soon :P

You'd think that but almost every game this gen has run at 720p or below on both platforms, the exceptions being games like Rayman Origins or a couple of HD re-releases. Next gen should see true 1080p gaming become an reality.

I hope the full game runs better than the demo, the frame rate was a bit all over the place making me feel a bit sick because it was not running smooth. The handling model feels really good, the difference between the cars works better.Garfield360UK

The handling model did feel fantastic, the recreation of Silverstone is great. About the frame rate, if you set the resolution to 720p on the XMB the frame rate sticks much closer to 60FPS, 1080p mode actually renders in 1080p (unlike GT5 where it ran below that) and that seems to be too much for the PS3.

Damn, how have I never seem this thread before?

Nico Hulkenburg seems to be able to extract much more out of an underpowered car than most, Guttierez has been nowhere near him all season. He needs a decent seat, I'm really excited to see what he can do in a capable car.
