I type using correct grammar and punctuation for everything, from messages on here, to Facebook chat and even when I'm texting people. I even spell check before I post things most of the time. The way I see it, it's not hard to do and making that little bit of effort generally makes you seem more respectable. I didn't always do this though, looking back at my posts from when I first joined GS is quite funny, my spelling, grammar and use of punctuation is just appalling!

Okey dokey, I bought an NTSC 360 game a while ago (I have a PAL 360) as I heard somewhere that a large amount of NTSC games will play on PAL 360's, unfortunately, after the 2 week wait for the game to arrive from Canada, I found it did not work. Now, I was wondering if anyone knows of a website or something where you can swap a game for another version of the same game, eg: swap this NTSC version for a PAL version of the same game. I'd just like to know before I go and buy myself another copy.

My ice cream van would be black, all my ice cream would be black and I would wear corpse paint while serving kiddies the grim, black ice cream and I'd constantly be playing this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcB2WAQq_hU Also, in case you don't know what corpse paint looks like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Stormcrow_Blamont_140309_04.jpg

It would affect me because if it were actual living breathing beings , not just plant life or whatever, we'd probably end up starting a war with it eventually.

[QUOTE="Nibroc420"][QUOTE="samremnant"]I remember seeing something a while ago where they were saying the US Marines were the most professional and disciplined fighting force in the world.....that video certainly doesn't back that statement up lolad1x2

This. Them marines need to get back to finding terrorists.

Apparently both of you are under the assumption that being in Afghanistan equals fighting to the death with the enemy 100% of the time. That's not the case by any means. The Marines who were in that video may have been support personnel, such as mechanics and such. The guys doing most of the fighting like the infantry were most likely out doing their thing. I know people like to brag every Marine is a rifleman, but that doesn't mean every Marine will be out hunting for terrorists every moment they aren't sleeping. Nothing wrong with having fun when you're not fighting.

WOW! way to take what I said out of context, I'm well aware that over in Afghanistan it's not like some sort of mix of D-Day, Gettysburg and Stalingrad where there's almost non stop fighting. I was just saying this doesn't back up the discipline or professionalism mentioned(neither does the video of US Marine throwing a puppy off a cliff, but that's a whole different matter altogether)

Me and some mates got really pissed at a party and when our sober driver picked us up it was 2am we managed to convince him to drive around for like 5 hours as we drunkenly shouted abuse at folk from the car, attempted to pick up hookers with no money and challenged a cop to a drag race (aforementioned cop pulled us over but since the driver was sober he let us go) The most enjoyable part of that night for me was hanging out the sun roof while going over the Auckland Harbour bridge at 100kmh. Good times =)
